I went for a covid test although I am vaccinated bc I came back from a domestic flight. The front desk was not friendly but did her job ; the dr and her assistant were on point … waited 15 minutes after scheduled time to be seen but that wasn’t a big deal. I was called to confirm test results were negative … I’m going back in a few days for another test w my husband before seeing our grandchild. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff is absolutely amazing, and I whole heartedly appreciate their dedication, especially during COVID. I was seen by Dr. Sharon Walcott. She was unprofessional in her demeanor and lacked any compassion for the anxiety someone feels while waiting for results of their COVID test.

My concerns & uncertainties during the Covid-19 were handled by personable and caring staff. They made me feel at ease & less stressful including James and Dr Chin. It is apparently clear that she is an outstanding clinician who handled me and her other patients with genuine care and “kid gloves!

My parents and I had made appointments for a covid test. My parents appointment time was 540 and 550 and mine was 640. They tested all three of us at the same time (540) which was very nice of the staff to do. The two women who helped us were extremely professional and nice.
