I’m very annoyed right now with @ATT! Trying to upgrade internet but keep hitting roadblocks. I ALWAYS pay on time and long time customer > 20 years. They need to figure it out before I go to @GetSpectrum. I’m very close to switching. 😡

@Ask_Spectrum Hour long phone call. Absurd. Just listen to your customers when they tell you there’s an outage. Don’t ask me a million questions and then wait an hour to agree with me that yep it’s clearly an outage.

@Ask_Spectrum Why are your reps being antagonistic towards customers for another reps mistake? Instead of the using a previous reps mistake as an opportunity to do better, instead she was abrasive and still did the wrong thing. Where is their accountability or customer advocacy?

@Ask_Spectrum For starters, stop mailing me discount promotions I’m not eligible for. And how about actually DOING SOMETHING about my wife’s phone service issue. Its been 2 months already & nowhere near a resolution. I’m seriously considering canceling our service if you can’t make this right.
