@GetSpectrum Your workers knocked out our service on Saturday whilst working on another house. Even though it was your mistake, we are told that we cannot have service back until Wednesday at the earliest. Totally unacceptable. Especially when it was your fault, not ours.

I have Spectrum. I’m about to cancel them anyway. But it seems like a shady way of advertising. It’s happened several times, mostly so Spectrum can advertise their new streaming service

@hugemanmissing @GetSpectrum @verizonfios They are the worst. We pay for the fastest speed of internet yet according to speed tests, our internet is slower than their cheapest package. The most inconsistent service, also. I hate that we are forced to use them. I HATE CHARTER.

Every ******* day, our internet goes in and out and when I test the speed, it’s SIGNIFICANTLY less than what ******** I am paying for. @GetSpectrum WORST. SERVICE. PROVIDERS. IN. THE. WORLD. I HATE YOU GUYS AND WISH HORRIBLE THINGS FOR YOU.

I spent a total of 3 hours @GetSpectrum and they couldn’t help me. They asked if I wanted to trade in my brand new phone to get one of theirs. They would give me half of what I paid. WTF? Sounds like a scam. I’ll be taking my service elsewhere.

@kablades @GetSpectrum I guess they use the same network as T-Mobile which has very wide coverage. My brother switched from Spectrum to Mint a few months ago and does not at all regret his decision.

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum #SPECTRUM honestly the inconsistency with your wifi/internet service is robbery at this point. Constantly either no service, weak service, or (if we’re lucky) actually working. Can you guys at least act like you’re capable of these services. Sheesh

@Ask_Spectrum 10-4, just an FYI, the issue is with a signal not coming into the house. It's at the pole or further back (modem can't lock downstream/upstream).

@kablades @GetSpectrum I used to have Verizon for over a decade but switched to Spectrum due to Verizon’s outrageous costs. Mint Mobile gives more data for equal cost with wider range apparently. Haven’t switched yet but plan to. My Spectrum cell service is also a bit buggy.

@KLASwork @GetSpectrum I never had a problem with service from Spectrum (they use Verizon) but this experience really killed me.
